For the first time in 17 years the River Nazas (here in Torreon) is not dry. I can't believe how big a spectacle it is...We tried to go back tonight to get sunset pictures but the sun set before we could get there...Dang. It's been so dry for the last 17 years they've actually built structures in the river bed, like basketball courts, soccer fields and play grounds. We were foiled by the sun tonight but the night was kind to us and gave us the fire breather. He was pulling out all the stops and really pushing it...I shouldn't support this line of work but it is quite neat. Lastly, Dana took a pic of me today. We had the morning to ourselves so we took some shots and went for breakfast...It was a great morning.
