Good Car Repair Experience

I was mildly surprised to have quite a good experience at the Honda dealership this week. When I took the van in, I mentioned that there was a lot of noise in the back and that I wondered if the rear struts needed replacing. Left the door wide open for them to say "yes", right? But they didn't! They tightened up the back seat, adjusted the back door, took the coins out and changed the oil. It was done on time. The van was clean when I picked it up. All the rattling has been mostly eliminated. I thought the price was quite fair. I was pleased!
