Cold Sock Treatment

I somehow got to reading the blog of a woman in Georgia. She has two kids about the same age as mine, and, I just learned, similar sleep challenges. So I read her blog regularly. Anyway she just posted about ear infections and someone commented about The Cold Sock Treatment as a remedy for congestion. Said she's tried it with good results.
